Hi! I'm Lucy.
Ceramics has been a part of my life since 2012, when I first started taking wheel throwing classes at the local community studio. I’ve been in the studio nearly every week since then — first hanging out in rec and school classes, then at home in my own studio. I got set up with a wheel in 2019 and bought my very own kiln in spring 2022. Exciting!
Nowadays, I work at Portland Pottery as a studio tech. I made the move from Virginia to Maine at the start of 2026, after completing my undergraduate degree and Ceramics minor at Rochester Institute of Technology (class of 2025!). I'm still making my own pots in my free time, and am super excited to have my daily life be about clay!
