The spring air is slowly warming, and the horizons of our city seem to open wider with every sunset. I find myself reflecting on the paths that bring us to where we stand today. This month, I have the privilege of speaking with a group of middle school girls about women in leadership with a prompt that requires me to look back at the girl I was at their age.
