About the Role
Private Studios are individual spaces ranging widely in size, location, amenities, and department access. Some are closed door, have windows, have partial height open air walls, have vent hook ups or vents installed.
Private Studios can be rented for as short as 3 months or as long as annual leases that auto renew each lease term.
Rates are based on square footage and length of lease. A security deposit equal to a months rent and first month rent are taken at lease signing. Also and annual base membership fee of $60.
All include 24/7 access to the Private Studio, common work areas and equipment, secure studio building, off street parking, bike racks, green space and the opportunity to participate in studio events, sales and other happenings.

Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.
Requirements
Private Studios are secured through a virtual or in person tour, completion and acceptance of RWS application, approval of department competency and overall studio community alignment.
Artists can move internally once established as a members depending on availability, seniority and specific need.
Artists supply all materials, furniture, equipment and other studio needs for the private studio practice and are responsible for the appropriate removal upon leaving.
